1. procedure for Cathy to "cross list" exiting MERLOT items from Susan.
2. items not on MERLOT need to be entered by Task Force (TF) members at this point
3. Cathy recommended indicating review priority level when TF members are entering items at this point. Also, suggested that TF members include some member comments about the resource, e.g., have used it, students found useful, etc.)
4. Discussed how to link to off line resources if we choose
5. Pam mentioned Chial and Flahive's Project SIMPLE resources and suggested they would be valuable and unique resources to include. Mike to provide some feedback about whether they can put some portion online (even just a demo), and what cost to user would be.
6. Pam will synthesize short set of guidelines for submitting materials, and post on the CAPCSD MERLOT blog.
7. Pam made the decision to go with the KASA keyword format, and we can decide if others are needed later on. For now, Pam to further test the keywords for redundancy, clarity, etc., then disseminate for final comments.
8. Cathy has submitted for us to have a Portal and a Workspace. It may take a while.
9. Information to be circulated at ASHA CAPCSD MERLOT. Can someone volunteer to develop a flyer to solicit contributions and volunteers to be considered as reviewers? Should be coordinated with Cathy, then circulated for TF review.
10. Craig is working on getting the link for CAPCSD MERLOT blog to the CAPCSD main web site.
11. Forms will be coming out soon for the April conference presentations and demo table. Please let Pam know if you will be attending and want to be involved in planning the presentation, presenting, and/or taking time at the demonstration table.
