CSU working definition of learning communities

CSU staff and faculty have developed the attached baseline definition and intensity rubric as part of 2013-14 spending for Academic and Student Success Programs.  In the short term this definition set will be used by campuses to report on their spending; longer term this could inform system-wide efforts to track certain high-impact practices for educational benefits and cost effectiveness.
