great site, so glad I came across it. it's really important to do what you do. unfortunately have never touched upon this problem more practically, but have read a lot about it at different blogs I found by http://torrents.rapid4me.com search engine. I am enjoying the discussions so far and I look forward to working with everyone on this project.

Elissa,
Thanks for your message and I'm happy to get you started learning about MERLOT. You can be part of MERLOT as an individual member -it's free to register as a member and membership provides you a wide range of open and free services (see About Us for more info). If you'd like your institution to become a parnter institution in MERLOT, we have the MERLOT African Network and we're working on building that leadership community.

I hope this information is useful and feel free to continue asking questions to this group.
Cheers,
Gerry
