Describe your role in education: I work as an instructional Development Coordinator. I am involved in Faculty Development Training and am primarily responsible for overseeing pedagogical quality by ensuring that those who facilitate online (with the institution) are (a) prepared to teach in the distance learning environment and (b) are supported in the ongoing development of their teaching practice.
