Describe your role in education
I am an Associate Professor of Multicultural Multilingual Education at CSU San Marcos and the current Director of the Joint Educational Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership with UCSD. I teach Educational Research and Evaluation for the EdD program, enjoy academic writing, mentoring students and conducting qualitative research.
